Hi, I am not sure if this is the accessible I phone but I thought I would post this info.

Walmart on Monday announced that it will sell the 16GB Apple iPhone 3GS for just $97 with contract.

The new price, which is effective starting Tue., May 25, is for new phones purchased with a two-year contract.

Walmart chalks the price reduction up to its “ongoing aggressive savings announcements,” but the real reason is an expected new model of iPhone to be released next month. That model was accidentally leaked in April after an engineer for the company left a disguised prototype in a bar.

It’s possible that the price will stick after the official announcement by Apple, which has previously reduced the price of the previous model to $99. (Currently, the iPhone 3GS retails for $199; the 2008 iPhone 3G sells for $99.)

Moreover, reports suggest that Apple is no longer accepting orders for the iPhone 3G — paving the way for a new model.

Wonder what cheap parts WalMart is putting into it? They're notorious for going cheap on the electronics components (or, rather, forcing manufacturers to do so), and pawning it off on the ignorant masses as savings. Then said ignorant masses must come back in six months to a year for a new "cheap" one, with equally cheap parts, shoddy connections and the like. WalMart fanboys fire your guns, of which I'm sure you have plenty ...

Oh and don't be surprised if the main mechanism works OK, it's just something ridiculous like the USB connection will break, the unit will get excessivley hot on account of a poorly-placed battery pack connector, or something similar. Gotta love them Waltons. Just remember it's a bargain.

Second person is wrong, it does not have to be the 32 to have VO. I have a 16 and i have VO on it.

To post two, as long as it's a 3g iphone it will work weather it's 16 or 32 gig. You need the 3g ipod touch to be 32 or larger for voiceover.

actually there is a 16GB touch if its a 3rd gen touch it should have voice over, if its second gen then it wont. As for the iPhones so long as its an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 it will have voice over.
